Comments: I was the winning bidder for the item and immediately sent my check for the item to include shipping. My check was returned to me with the explanation that the item has been lost or stolen. Why was the item placed for auction, that was no longer available?

Comments: Upon inspection following receipt of fiream at transfer dealer, damage to buttstock was discovered. Repeated communication with seller failed to resolve dissatisfaction with auction win. Shipment was apparently uninsured and carelessly packaged to permit damage to occur. I am not happy with firearm.

Rebuttal: We allow people into our shop to inspect items on auction, some items where recently stolen we apologized for the inconvenience, and did not take any mony from these customers. We where completely honest about the situation and informed the customers.
