| Comments: After sending the ammo, he was not happy with the quality of the ammo. The box was a little beat up but the ammo was in excellent condition. He just returned the ammo without emailing. After emailing him, he gave a reason for returning the ammo. No harm no foul. |

| Rebuttal: I thanked the seller for the refund. I tried to contact the seller by phone, and I also offered to meet with him in person. The ammo was not in excellent condtion as described. I believe the seller confused me with other auctionarms buyers. |
