Rebuttal: I never received a message saying he did not receive the invoice -- when I send it to the e-mail the buyer has listed in Gun Auction, I expect it to go through.

Rebuttal: This is unfair to me as I have no control over when payments arrive. They either come or they don't. I send packages the next day after receiving payment. I am fairly certain my listings had to contact seller for shipping charges -- they are so different depending on where they are being sent.

Rebuttal: It would have been nice if the buyer would have contacted me before leaving neutral feedback. I had no way to make it right without knowledge that there was a problem.
