| Rebuttal: 3 days after my check was delivered, I e-mailed Azim for a status check since he had not contacted me. He said my check was bad which was wrong. I found that he had re-listed the gun-the same day he got my check never contacting me. I took my bank issued check back to the bank and got my money back. |

| Rebuttal: Responded to this seller over the course of four days by Email once and by phone three times never receiving an answer by mail or phone. Gunauction.com advised me to leave a negative feedback and disregard the transaction. |
