| Comments: I went to his shop and this Model 71 has had extra varnish put on the stock and even that varnish had marks in it. I passed on the gun and his son who was in the shop at the time was pretty good about it. I guess his dad didn't take it as well. |

| Rebuttal: As stated in our Neutral feedback the gun was rated NRA FINE with marks in the stock. Five experts have looked at it and cannot find extra varnish. Two weeks after the auction we have to give a neutral rating to get our fees back. |

| Rebuttal: We sent an email to the address Auction Arms had for this customer immediately after the close of the auction. Our mail included our address and phone number. When we returned from a business trip we immediately remailed customer and are awaiting payment and Dealer FFL. |
