| Comments: I was contacted by Deacon as I was back up bidder. He stated that the winning bidder defaulted and offered a collector grade Steyr M95/34 with slight wear to the wood finish. I accepted, paid my full amount, and was immediately shipped a rifle with several flaws in the wood, as well as a large armory repair right on top of the butt stock at the butt plate. Deacon also sent a similar rifle to the winning bidder that supposedly defaulted. His was worse than mine. Deacon refused all reasonable attempts to resolve this matter. Would never trust him again even though he signs his mail with God Bless, he is not accurate in his description. |

| Rebuttal: It is a funny thing, when some one misses the winning bid by $1.00 I offered him a chance to buy another rifle. He was very eager, I even paid shipping. When he got it he was very happy and asked a lot of questions on the type of ammo etc.Then his friends got a hold of him and told him they could buy the same rifle wholesale. You know,"you should have come to me". That is what happens when you extend yourself. Never again. |
