| Comments: Auction closed Jan 20th. Customer sent m/o but never sent FFL to complete transaction. Sent reminder emails Jan 29th and Feb 1st and called Feb 4th. All information given was incorrect. Sent emails to new email Feb 8th & was told FFL was on vacation. No response after that. No choice but to relist. |

| Rebuttal: I was unable to reach my dealer to submit the FFL. I did respond to all emails received, but Ms. Yosten & I could find no alternative method of completing the transaction. The fault was mine for not providing the FFL as required. CAF waited more than long enough, and I thank them for that. |
