| Comments: The seller grossly misrepresented the shipping charges; according to the ad, shipping for 1 box would be $8.00 and several boxes would not be "substantially more" than the $8.00. I bought 20 boxes and was charged $20.40 for shipping! This is 2.5 times the rate in the ad! |

| Comments: Seller sent NIB Ruger rifle with serious storage rust. He blamed Ruger but finally agreed to take rifle back. We both agreed to try and reblue to save having to return rifle to him. Reblueing didn’t work and seller then refused to take rifle back claiming it had been worked on. |

| Rebuttal: He has had the rifle for a month and hasn't returned it for replacement as instructed.He says it is too much of a hassle to return it (at no charge to him) and wants a "refund amount to get it fixed here".He hasn't even attempted to substantiate any damage.He wants something for nothing. |
