| Comments: I was notified that I was high bid for Item by AA was notified by the seller as to what amount to send. Sent it. After I sent it one month passed I emailed seller to inquire about item. I was emailed back called several names and referred to as stupid. After several emails from seller in the same slanderous emails. I asked him keep the money it was under 10.00 (he did) and not to email me any more. This was my first ripoff not bad for over 15 items purchased through Auction Arms. |

| Rebuttal: DAVE AS I TOLD YOU I Always ship the item before I cash the check or money order. I have no idea on what you are talking about an am sure you know that what you say is bull ?hit Suggest you try to hassle 10 people a week for $10 and you will have a real business going before the month is out.. Just think of it you could get $400 a month trying to get people to believe your BS story if they are stupid enought to buy into it. I have no problems with most people and have only gotten 3 bad checks so far and all from the same people....I have had more problems form con artists trying to get something for nothing on Auction Arms than the entire time I have sold on Ebay..Bottom line If you try to rip me off you will get nothing in return.. I do not and will not be bullied into your con game Dave..... End of statement. Thanks for allowing me to get my two cents worth in... Buyers please feel free to contact other buyers of mine if you have any reservations thanks |

Rebuttal: The mags in question were exactly as the picture showed. They were finished with Brownell's new TEFLON Finish and are wonderful... Resistant to chemicals and wear. I would suggest everybody do this for mags or firearms as this is a firearms gun finish..Spray on 3 coats,,,, Dry,,,, Bake in an oven for 30 min at 350 degrees and you are done... I remove followers and springs before baking... Really 1st cl----finish... Try it you will be a believer.. This is the finish that he got... Now What is The problem? (he wanted them for a cheaper price is the answer) Guess with the ban coming he will be happy he has them... Thanks for allowing me to explain...MRDONAN |

| Comments: I ordered an item from this individual and immediately sent a money order for the item. He received the money order and cashed it. After one month, I never received the item. I contacted him several times concerning this transaction and he told me he sent the item priority mail. He cashed the money order. He states that now it is my problem. He has nothing to do with it now. I would not buy anything from this individual ever again. I recommend that no one purchase anything from him again. He is a dishonest person. |

| Rebuttal: To date I have not lost a shipment. This individual claims he did not receive and I have no idea on what or if the post office did with his order as he would not pay for insurance.. With the new delivery confirmation service provided by the post office (not avaliable then for this transaction) I always know if an item made it... I have had some people say they never got an item then I would produce the date and time it was delivered and their story would change... Well This guy wanted me to send him a duplication for free and I would not do it. I suggested he do as I did and contact his local post office..This is all I can do to retify the situation... Wish I could do more but he did not opt for any insurance.. This is unfortunate but it was his choice.... Thanks for letting me explain... |
