| Rebuttal: No funds received from this crude,rude and insulting person.Notified him that the item is defective and would return his payment when received. He asked if we had received his pmt and informed him that we had not received it,PO is closed 5 Jul 04.He lacks communication skills, culture and education. |

| Rebuttal: We sent him a response to five e-mails, two with our phone number and two reminders to pay. Also our phone number could be obtained from Auction Arms. If he is having a problem with his e-mail that is his problem not ours.He also had our phone number from Gunbroker when he called us the last time. |
