| Comments: More trouble then he's worth! Returned a gun he never saw, has since killed its sale by sending out false info regarding condition (keep in mind he NEVER SAW IT) Is upset b/c his refund wasn't there in 5 minutes! I do not do business with people like him! Will not deal with again BEWARE! |

| Rebuttal: This gun was received in about 80% condition, not the 98% "near mint" as listed in the auction. I had 4 people look at this gun. All agreed on rating. I returned the gun promptly (within 3 days). Saw it back on the auction 8/01/01. To date 8/06/01, I have not received a refund. |
