| Rebuttal: YES It was damaged ; the stock was cracked and I did contact him; BUT GUESS WHAT?? NO E-mails; NOTHING NO ANSWERS BUT INSTEAD of being a gentlemen about the problem; he posts this comment instead. |

| Rebuttal: I returned the scope because it was an out and out piece of Junk; advertised as original with no modifications; was painted black; missing a tension spring AND both mounts were heavily ground-- ALSO HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY REFUND TO DATE !!!!! |

| Rebuttal: Auction was for bolts for Springfield rifles; that were salvage-able for THEIR HANDLES !!! 10 for 20.00 ; or $2.00 a handle !!! That was what the auction was for; no contact; no complaints; left this feedback instead!! |
