Seller's Description

Retains a pleasing patina overall. Heavy relief metal work on the top of the barrel and around the muzzle. Decorated with brass wire and inlays. Action is stiff but works. Missing one lock screw. There is piece missing from the toe of the buttplate. The stock was broken through the wrist and period repaired with some nails. Made in the mid-1800's. This is a really super little gun. Approximately 16 inches overall, 8 inch barrel.
