Receiver retains 75% original case colors with some light surface rust. Barrel retains about 80% original brown with good damascus pattern. Good working order. All markings are clear. Based on the serial number, this gun is estimated to have been made in 1887. Stock is loose. The butt has some cracks in the right side (pictured). Forend has a chip missing as does the stock on the left side where it meets the receiver. Replacement, period, Stevens buttplate. Bore has some light pitting. 30 1/8 inch barrel. Serial number is 309.
