Guns For Sale - Dan Wesson -- Early .44 Magnum - RESERVE REDUCED

We are privileged to be able to list as a consignment firearm a rare early Dan Wesson .44 caliber revolver. This revolver was made in Munson, Ma in the early to mid-1970s, does not have a model assigned to it and has a low serial number. According to the new CZ-Dan Wesson company, “We don’t have a lot of information on those older revolvers. The is a model 744. I can tell you it was made some time in the early to mid-1970s.” This firearm is in pristine condition and has had less than 100 rounds fired through it according to the original owner. It is double-action, has a 6-inch barrel and the bore is like new. This fine revolver is as close to new as a used revolver could be. It comes in a extremely nice lamb’s wool lined case which is also in like new condition. The attached pictures tell the rest of the story and if you want an excellent,collectible and valuable revolver you should really consider this one. The stainless Dan Wesson .44 magnum stainless model revolvers were (Model 744) was introduced in 1983. The 44S part of the serial number came into use around 1988 or 89, prior to that the SN started with SB; S for stainless and B was the caliber designation. They feel that this revolver was made around 1884 to 1988. Shipping outside of the continental U.S. is subject to increased cost. The item will be shipped priority and with insurance.
