Seller's Description

Gun retains a pleasing patina overall with some rust and light to moderate pitting. Wood is solid with some pieces missing along the right side where the stock meets the barrel. Missing the lock escutcheons, resulting in the top lock screw being tightened in a bit too much and rubbing against the hammer. Missing the top jaw of the hammer and screw. Needs a mainspring. Missing the ram rod and ram rod ferrules. Barrel is 29 1/2 inches long. Half round, half octagon. Was probably longer at some point. Original flint. Does not appear to have a makers name on it, proof markings on the barrel appear to be British.
