| Comments: Lands and bore of Swede was not shiny. Lands are sharp however. Whomever cutomized (butchered) this piece while cutting the stock to accomodate the bent bolt handle, filed into the lower right hand receiver removing a fair amount of metal. Will need to be smoothed and polished. |

| Rebuttal: I am not sure why the neutral. If there was a problem I was not notified. A cut off and welded barrel would have been very noticable, the barrel would have had to be reblued and this one was not. |

| Rebuttal: I still do not understand people. This customer inspected and purchased this gun in our store. Two pictures showed the area and repair. It is no longer cracked if fixed. Why wasn't anything said while in the store? instead he says I misrepresented the gun. Not happy? Return the gun, no problem. |

| Comments: Durys posted an Arisaka type 99 as a 7.7X58. I found the chamber length to be excessive. Chamber cast revealed a 30.06 chamber. This is a very dangerous practice! If someone less diligent had chambered and fired a 7.7 round!!! A fine gunshop that got a little sloppy here. |

| Rebuttal: If you will notice on every auction we do that we require the buyer of an auction gun to have it checked by a gunsmith before firing. It is the responsability of the purchaser to have their gun inspected during the 3 day period to ensure that nothing happens when firing the gun. |

| Comments: This gun was rated 95+% in the auction description. Gun has a lot more rust on it than indicated and someone had tried to clean it. The lining in the case has large rust stains and it is still evident in large patches on the receiver. This gun is NOT 95+ percent. It's more like 80-85 percent. |
