| Rebuttal: Customer was told that firearms are given a visual inspection only and not test fired. Customer's issue was only found after he shot thus getting firearm dirty. Customer also attempted to use his status as a Chicago Police officer to intimidate us into giving him money back. |

Combine shipment with another gun I had won at the same time but still charge me $30 for ea. gun for a total of $60 for a actual shipping cost of $15. |

| Comments: I regularly buy from Durys & my 1st negative review. This rare rifle arrived with a hole drilled into the top of the stock that was not disclosed. Emailed Durys & asked for $175 for a pro repair. Was told to return it or get $150 future shipping credit. Crappy choice as these are very hard to find. |

| Rebuttal: ----31 had a 3 day inspection period that he could have returned the gun if he was displeased. He never made contact with us to inform us of his dissatisfaction. the model firearm that he won is a very low end revolver that is well known for a very tight action. |

| Comments: This firearm was listed as NRA excellent when in reality it was re blued. I was told by one of the people that worked there I should have asked questions. NRA excellent in no way is for a re blued firearm. I was given a refund but even that took 12 days on a CC but still cost me shipping costs back. |
