| Comments: I sent a money order for payment on this auction. It was made out to the seller. It was returned. It was not endorsed by the seller. I never received the auction item. I completed my part of the sale. The seller backed out on his end, leaving me with no merchandise and no refund. |

| Rebuttal: IN AN E MAIL THIS MEMBER SARCASTICALLY CRITICIZED ALL PARTS OF MY WINNING NOTICE INFORMATION FROM MY USE OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE TO THE PAYMENT FORMS ACCEPTED. THEN STATED BASICALLY TO PAY ATTENTION THAT THERE MAY BE A QUIZ LATER. I DO NOT FEEL THAT IT WOULD BE IN OUR BEST INTEREST TO DO BUSINESS. |
