| Comments: Not an honest seller!!! I bot a new clip from manufacturer but the rifle will only feed with manipulation of bolt. Getting the first round to feed is a pain and requires the shooter to turn the rifle sideways and to hold the bolt open while inserting clip. Would not buy from this seller again. |

| Rebuttal: I e-mailed several times requesting payment, however, he never bothered to respond. Thirty days after sale I relisted the gun. He sends check 45 days later and now he is upset. |

| Comments: Seller lied about bore condition. It looks as someone shot nails through it to the point that it has straight rifling. Very obvious to anyone who ever looked down a shotgun bore. Shipping price is rather high gun not high priced so I'll keep this blind horse. Watch out for this seller. |

| Rebuttal: If it had nails go through it, it had to be finish nails because the bore looked pretty good. Guess only other thing he could complain about was shipping price, however, everyone pays same shipping (price is stated in the write up so buyer should check before bidding). |

| Comments: I was disappointed that I didn't get the gun which I bid on, insted, shipped a "substitute" which was a lesser gun for the same money. Yes, I could of sent it back for a refund, but I already had over $80.00 invested. I didn't need to add more $ $ for return shipping. |
