| Rebuttal: The missing parts were clearly described and their absence clearly pictured- dolphdan's Statement is untrue-We were never contacted by him-just a non-paying bidder that left us neutral feedback-Without Ever Contacting us. Why he would notify Bob Lancaster that he backed out and not us- is a mystery |

| Comments: The description of the Jap carbine did not disclose a duffel cut and that the stock was restained (2 different colors-very obvious). I requested a refund for shipping. He had no legal obligation based on AA but I believe he had a moral obligation for misrepresentation. A gun dealer should have know. |
