Seller's Description:
You are bidding on a
Century Arms C93 Sporter!! These are Factory New Rifles though they are
built up by Century Arms (CAI) with parts kits. They are built with a
New barrel, new receiver & excellent condition parts kit!! Being
built from parts kits there are some wear marks on it, mostly around
the integral bi-pod port. It is built on a Polymer Navy Lower with
gloss black, textured furniture & integral bi-pod mount & a
carry handle. It is a BEAUTIFUL Rifle!!

We have
just EXPANDED our store & now have 5,000 sq ft of showroom!!! Please
be sure when placing bids that the firearm is legal in the state you
reside in.
If you win the auction & later find it to not be legal in your
state, you
are responsible for our auction fees as well as a 15% re-stocking
fee.

Firearms
will be shipped upon receipt of payment & clearance of funds along

receipt of receiving FFL (via fax, email or hard copy). Rifles
will be shipped UPS Ground (unless other arrangements are made) &
pistols
will be shipped USPS Priority. NO RETURNS ON FIREARMS Will Be
Accepted!!!
Payment:
We
accept GUNPAL, Checks (allow up to 14 days for clearance), Cashiers
Check & Money Orders. We also
accept Visa, Master Card, AMEX & Discover. All
winning bids are at a cash discounted price. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE on any
returned product.
Return
Policy:
There
is a NO RETURN policy on Firearms!! All items that are stated in the
headline
as returnable have 3 days from the time they are received to be
returned.
Shipping Charges are non-refundable. If item
is
returned due to legality of your States laws, a 15% re-stocking fee
will be
applied, as the legality should be known before a bid is placed.
