A:  YOU ARE RIGHT, SO I REMOVED THE STATEMENT AND WILL NO LONGER PUT THAT ON AND I HAVE SOLD A OLD SHOTGUN TO CALIFORNIA T A FFL AND DID NOT HAVE A PROBLEM. WHAT I DID WAS CALLE THE FFL THE GENTLEMAN WAS GOING TO USE AND HE TOLD ME HOW TO AND HE SENT ME A COPY OF HIS FFL AND WENT GREAT.		05/15/2010
