Description

Seller's Description:

This item is an excellent condition EAA Baikal Model IZH-94 combination rifle and shotgun, 12 gauge over 223 Remington, 3-inch chamber, threaded for screw-in choke tubes, and includes 3 choke tubes, all original paperwork as it came from the factory, and is in its original box. You can use the factory iron sites or install a scope on the factory scope rail.

This is the deluxe grade of these weapons, including very nice european walnut stocks. The metal finish is a very nice deep blue. This is an absolutely beautiful gun and in excellent condition, yes it has been fired but not a mark on it.

This combination gun was imported from Baikal by EAA, not Remington. These are not imported any more by EAA nor by Remington. These are hard to find, especially in this condition.

This is an excellent choice of weapon for plinking, target shooting, or hunting small game, birds, varments, predators, deer, turkey, etc. Lots of versatility here.

I am not an FFL, nor do I have to be.

BY BATF regulation, the FFL is required only on the buyer's end of the transaction. That's why I ship to your FFL. The info below ( http://www.atf.gov/firearms/faq/faq2.htm#b1 )is straight from the ATF. B3 says that you can buy from me as long as it goes through an FFL on your end.

Refer to: http://www.atf.gov/firearms/faq/faq2.htm#b1

Unlicensed Persons: (B3) May an unlicensed person obtain a firearm from an out-of-State source if the person arranges to obtain the firearm through a licensed dealer in the purchaser's own State?

A person not licensed under the GCA and not prohibited from acquiring firearms may purchase a firearm from an out-of-State source and obtain the firearm if an arrangement is made with a licensed dealer in the purchaser's State of residence for the purchaser to obtain the firearm from the dealer.

If you can't find a FFL dealer in your state that understands the law and is willing to transfer as the law allows, if your dealer still wants to have an FFL on the seller's end of the transaction, then I can include my local dealer even though it is not required. However, this adds another cost of $30 for my dealer's services, which the buyer will have to be responsible for. It is completely unneccassary and is quite inconvenient for all parties involved.

Thanks for your interest, and please ask questions promptly!
