The Colt Army Special revolver was a modernization and continuation of the New Army/New Navy series. They were available in .32-20, .38 Long Colt, .38 Special and .41 Colt. This one is a 41 cal with 6" barrel. Available in both blue and nickel finishes but this one has been re- nickeled so it will be hard to tell what it was originally. the action is functionl SA and DA. the right grip has a chip missing. The bore is rough and the barrel has a chip missing at the forcing cone so it's not safe to shoot as it is.

If you prefer another type of shipping, it can be arranged. All modern firearms must be shipped to your FFL dealer for transfer. I include a signed copy of my FFL with each firearm shipped............... LEGAL REQUIREMENTS::::::::: Modern firearms must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer in your area. Bidder to supply a signed copy of local dealer’s license before shipment will be made. A faxed or scanned copy is accepted as well. A C&R License is acceptable for C&R firearms only (guns determined to be C&R’s by ATF and guns known to be at least 50 years old). Notice to California customers. The California DOJ now requires additional paper work from me that has forced me to have to charge a $5 precessing fee. California law will NOT allow shipment of C&R handguns direct to a C&R holder in the State of California, a 01 dealer must be used. Antique firearms require bidder to supply proof of age. Some areas still require an FFL transfer for antique & black powder firearms (New Jersey, NYC, etc.) Large capacity magazine restrictions: New Jersey - 15 round maximum for semi-automatic firearms only. California - 10 round maximum for all magazines. Maryland - 20 round maximum for all magazines. Massachusetts - over 10 rounds Hawaii - 10 round maximum for all handgun magazines............. RETURN POLICY:::::::: All firearms come with a 3-day (M-F) inspection/return privilege. Inspection period begins at time of delivery to your dealer…it is your responsibility to inspect the gun in this time frame. Please note that DISASSEMBLY and FIRING the gun is not included in the normal inspection process and will “void” your return privilege. The firearms offered have not been test fired but have been given a visual inspection only for auction purposes.
