Seller's Description: This is not like American plastic BB and pellet rifles. This baby is built like a tank, or more specifically, like the real AK-47 rifle. It's a side cocking single shot .177 caliber pellet rifle. Accurate and hard hitting. Folding stock. Excellent condition. Adjustable sights. I have personally shot it in the last 30 days and it performed well. It's as heavy as a real AK-47, so I wouldn't recommend it for a child. A:  The body is metal, blued just like a regular AK-47. The forearm and grip appear to me to be painted wood. The spacers in the folding stock are plastic. They are all colored a faded red.		02/16/2009
