This is a non reserve auction for a Beretta Model 470 Silver Hawk 12 gauge double barrel shotgun. Beretta introduced this model in 1997 to commemorate 470 years in business. The receiver is silver chrome with engraving. The top lever is checkered with a Gold inlaid hawk’s head. The gun is fitted with a straight grip stock with splinter forearm of oil finish select walnut. This gun has 28 inch barrels, fixed full and modified chokes with auto ejection or manual extraction. Weight of about 6.5 pounds. Gun has great metal condition but the wood stock has a small area of damage caused during transport. The left side of the stock behind the receiver was dented and has a fine hairline crack as seen in the photos. The stock also has a few light handling marks from use but are minor. Apart from the damage to the wood the gun is in excellent condition, near mint. The starting price was lowered as a result of the described damage. Please email with any questions or to request additional photographs. FFL required. $30.00 shipping (in a brand new hard case) and insurance to be paid by buyer based on final bid price. (Note: applies to all firearms: It is the bidder's responsibility to make sure that any gun he is bidding on can be purchased by him legally in his state).
