Seller's Description:
NO RESERVE!! Here's a Swedish AG42B "Ljungman" rifle. Chambered for the same 6,5x55mm cartridge as the Swedish Mauser bolt action rifles, the AG42B is a semi-automatic rifle with a 10-round magazine. The AG42B was the first rifle to use the direct gas system of operation, the same type system used by our famous M16. This particular rifle was manufactured during WWII in 1943. Overall condition is very good with about 80% original blue finish remaining. There is thinning to the finish on the top of the receiver cover but no rust or pitting. The stock is in very good shape with the usual handling marks. There are 2 fine cracks behind the reciever but both are tight and appear unlikely to spread. There is a small import stamp on the bottom of the barrel. The mechanics appear to be in good working order. The bore is excellent...bright with sharp rifling. Should make a fine shooter/collectible. Buyer pays $25.00 shipping. A C&R License is acceptable for transfer. SORRY, BUT I CANNOT END ANY
