Here is a nice example of a Whitneyville Armory, Model No. 1, 7 shot, spur trigger revolver in 22 caliber. These were made between 1871 and 1879 with an estimated total production of 30,000 guns of all sizes and calibers. It is in excellent overall condition, retaining 98%+ of the original nickel finish. This appears to have been a two tone model as the cylinder was probably originally blued. The action operates perfectly. The top of the 3 1/4" octagon bbl has the "WHITNEYVILLE ARMORY CT USA" markings on the top flat. This is a brass frame model. This is an ANTIQUE so NO FFL is required. Buyer will furnish proof of age and include $15 shipping. NO RESERVE!!!
