Selling these firearms for a gentleman who has some health problems and can no longer get out and enjoy the shooting sports. I will try to answer any question you may have. As stated I am not the owner of these guns so I don't know alot about their history. I have checked the function of them but have not fired any of them. I have tried to do as much research on them as far as the models and dates of manufacture etc. I try to give the best description that I can possibly give. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THIS FIREARM CHECKED OUT BY A GUNSMITH BEFORE FIRING IT MARLIN MODEL 782, .22 MAG. BOLT ACTION RIFLE. THIS GUN IS NICE AND DOESN'T LOOK LIKE IT HAS BEEN USED MUCH. DOES NEED CLEANED. BARREL IS A LITTLE DIRTY BUT SHOULD CLEAN UP NICE. STOCK IS NICE NOT ALL SCRATCHED AND BRUISED UP. I REALLY CAN'T FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH THIS GUN. BARREL IS 22 INCHES. HAS THE MICRO GROOVE BARREL. SCOPE IS A KASSNAR 3-9X. WEAVER SEE-THRU MOUNTS. HAS ORIGINAL SIGHTS ALSO. FACTORY MARLIN LEATHER SLING INCLUDED. EVERYTHING SEEMS TO WORK AS IT SHOULD. I WILL NEED A DEALER FFL ON THIS ONE AS IT IS A NEWER GUN.

Sale Terms; I will need a dealer F.F.L. or a Curio & Relic F.F.L. [IF IT APPLIES] to ship any firearm. Shipping and packaging on all long arms will be $ 25.00. I will send them U.P.S. insured for the final sale price amount. Guns will also be sent Delivery Signature Required. Buyer has 3 day inspection period as long as the gun has not been fired, altered, or tampered with. Refund will be given minus any shipping cost which are not refundable. Payment is accepted by Money Order or a Certified Bank Check etc. No personal checks please. Paypal is not accepted. I am not a dealer just a C&R holder. Make sure your dealer is aware of this because I have had a problem with a dealer not accepting a firearm from me because I was not a dealer.
