Seller's Description: MARLIN Model 980-DL,.22 WMR Caliber, 24" Micro-Groove Barrel. 10 round magazine, walnut stock. This is a very interesting rifle for the .22 magnum fan, having the unusal features of a 24" barrel and a 10 round magazine. It is in good condition with the wood and blueing both being around 75 - 80% the stock has no cracks or splits and it has an excellent shiney bore. Q:  Where in Utah are you? I live in Utah county, If I won the auction could you do the ffl transfer or would I have to have my ffl dealer accept the rifle and transfer it? Thanks in advance, Todd		10/05/2006
A:  Todd; I am in Logan. You would be welcome to drive up and pick up the gun if you wanted to, That would save the shipping. I will have to have you fill out the 4473 and charge you $7.50 for the background check(If you don't have a CCP). I will also have to check to see if I would have to charge you sales tax.
