beautiful old Drilling, made in Stahl, Germany, by the Christoph Funk
company. It was manufactured some time around 1920, and is chambered for
16 x 16 x 9.3. Everything on it works, and all the levers and springs
are still strong. The metal is in excellent shape, the wood has some dings
and the checkering is worn. The original finish has faded to brown, and
has worn off in some areas. I was going to use it in cowboy action
but don't have an ample supply of metric 16 gauge shells! Wood to metal
fit on this gun is amazing! Some German guy must have put a few days at
least into cranking this one out, and you can enjoy his craftsmanship
in the comfort of your own home.
