This auction is for a used EMF Company reproduction of a
1874 Sharps, .45/70 US GOV. This firearm is in excellent
shape, nice finish and wood. It has seen very little use.
Serial #4395X. Made in Italy, stamped I.A.B. Gardone. 28" barrel.
PAYMENT: We accept VISA/MASTERCARD or CERTIFIED FUNDS
(money order/cashiers check). Please call in your VISA and
MASTERCARD payments. *Note* we do not accept personal
checks or Paypal.
SHIPPING: Seller is a licensed firearm (FFL) dealer
located in Washington State. All our firearms must be
shipped to a licensed FFL dealer. *Note* winning bidder
must include a signed copy of an FFL from the dealer to
whom the gun will be shipped. Winning bidder to pay a flat
rate of $25.00 for shipping with insurance, except Hawaii
and Alaska, which will be charged the actual shipping
charges. US shipments only! No overseas. When your payment
and FFL have been received, your firearm will be shipped
together with a store receipt. *Note* we are not
responsible for any transfer fees paid to the buyers
dealer.
TERMS: We visually inspect and evaluate all of our
firearms prior to listing. We stand by our evaluation, and
would be happy to answer any question you may have to the
best of our ability. To avoid any misunderstandings,
please a ASK all of your questions prior to bidding and/or
the end of the auction. *Note* if you need additional
pictures, we will provide them to the best of our ability.
RETURN POLICY: All firearms come with a 3-day
inspection/return privilege. Inspection period begins at
time of delivery to your dealer. As the winning bidder it
is your responsibility to inspect the gun in this time
frame. In the case of a return, buyer pays all shipping
costs, so please ask all of your questions BEFORE you
place bid. *Again we are not responsible for any transfer
fees paid to the buyers dealer.
