All guns sold on "EASY PAY" are brand new in the box and have full manufacturers warranties. All guns are warranted by their respective manufacturers. We do not warranty the guns ourselves.
Firearms come with a 3-day no-fire inspection/return privilege. The inspection period begins at the time of delivery to your dealer. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the gun within the 3-days. In case of return the buyer pays all return shipping.
There is a $25.00 fee on all firearms returned. This is to cover our cost for re-processing and re-logging under new BATF regulations

We ship within 5 days of receiving full payment and FFL. We offer optional shipping insurance at the rate of $1 per $100.00 of the items value. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in shipping, if the buyer did not insure the item.
