Up for auction is a previously owned
Savage Model 340 Bolt-Action .30-30win. The bluing shows a lot of wear on the
receiver, no rust or pitting there though. The barrel does not have much wear to
the bluing but does have a little surface rust up near front sight. The stock is
very solid with only a few dings here and there (battle scars), no cracks. Comes
with 1-detatchable box magazine. The safety does not function perfectly, if you
repeatedly pull the trigger while safety is on it will slip up after about the
3rd or 4th pull and fire. The chamber needs serious cleaning as it is very tight
to chamber and round and causes damage to the casing (see picture). Must see pics! It will be $15 shipping to your
