J.P. Clabrough & Bros. London 10Ga. Hammer Shotgun with laminated steel barrels measuring 32". The barrel ends are full with no loss to the metal. The bores in the gun are very near immaculate. The forearm has no cracks or chips and is finely inlaid with a tip engraving. The reciever is highly engraved with ducks on the right and geese on the left. The remainder of the entire receiver is engraved with scroll and leaf. The grip cap is engraved steel also in the same style. The initial plate has not been engraved as is the steel buttplate. The hammers are highly engraved and remain in fine condition as does the rest of the firearm. The wood to metal fit is excellent with tight barrels and virtually no wear to the stock at all. The checkering is strong and no portion of the wood has been refreshed. The serial number on the firearm is #2653. This is truly a fin firearm that will enhance any firearm collection. The pictures truly do not do this firearm justice. Look closely at this firearm for your collection.
