Thread Title: "When Did USPS and UPS Increase Their Shipping Charges?????"
I just looked at a dealer selling (or trying to sell) a 1908 Colt 380 auto. He wants 45$ to ship it from Texas. The last I knew USPS would ship a "Flat Rate" box for 8.95 and UPS wouldn`t run over 8$ at the max for a small gun of this size. I know I am behind times on most things but wasn`t aware that the carriers raised their rates. Or, could it be that he is trying to avoid paying commission to AuctionArms? Surely, no one would be that low. So, can anyone tell me when the carriers raised their rates?
