First off, the logo you see on the BETA is actually a placeholder - and not our new logo.  We chosen another logo which nicely compliments our old logo, and we're going to put it up within a week or so.

We haven't chosen a color scheme - grey and black is boring.  We're planning on using colors that "pop" a little more.

In this redesign, we really emphasize ease of use.  The old design is also easy to use - it's just not very visually interesting.  Hopefully, the new design IS more interesting.  If there are similarities to the competition, it's because we followed basic deisgn principles that they also follow.  Believe me, it wasn't on purpose!  I don't want to look like anyone else!  But I don't want the learning curve to be steep for new users.  Or old users, for that matter.

As I've said before, for those that can't make the transition to the new - the old will always be available.

I do like the Old Logo better. - Tradition used to have it's place. Now it is put in it's place.

Out with the old. In with the new. - Oh well, it was nice while it lasted.

     PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT JACKTHEDOG AUCTIONS ON NEW BETA.   ON A FEW I CLICK ON AUCTION AND GET NOTHING BUT OUTSIDE HUB STUFF. ON OTHERS I GET A FATAL ERROR MESSAGE PLUS I DO NOT SEE ANY OF HIS NORMAL PAGE WITH HIS HTML.  

        PLEASE GET IT WORKING RIGHT AND TESTED BEFORE PUTTING IT IN PLACE. 

I think the new logo should have lots of pink in it.  Not only will it appeal to a fast-growing segment of the shooting public, it will also match WALI's earrings.  

Not as cluttered as GB.  I like the fast closing auctions.  Gives me a chance to look at them and also the option to forward it.

I did notice a few error messages..

Fatal error:  Could not extract a stage height from the CSS. Traced height: 0px.

I noticed my background colors get lost.

I'd also like to see the new auction listing page, if there is one.  I really like the current one - it is a lot simplar than a lot of the other sites and not as drug out.

I like the layout on a few items on the old home page - ie the activities section placement.  But I could get use to the change.

I like the new home page the way the categories are listed at the top with a drop down.  But I do miss the counts of the number of items in each category.

I would like to see;   If one bids on an item Then that item would automaticaly go to ones watchlist.
