Leupold has a warning about these copies on their website. It's been a significant problem for them. It pays to order directly from them, not from a seller who may (even unknowingly) be selling the fakes. |

From what I hear, they aren't bad glass for the money, ($150.00- $250.00) just AIN'T A LEUPOLD. Kinda like a fake rolex, looks good, keeps time, and fools most people. Ya get what you pay for, I guess. WALI...................... |

Anitagun; actually that is an excellent question. We have a 30mm tube scope with balistic illuminated crosshairs external adjustment knobs with a side parralex adjustment. They picked the, in my opinion, best scope in the world to copy and copied all of its external features. If it will zero correctly and hold that zero it probably would be an excellent buy, But the internal quality is something i cannot speak to until i actually mount one and check it out. The guy who is selling these is actually avoiding to claim they are really luepolds. My warnings apply to the unsuspecting future purchaser. I`ve traded this customer out of this one and will wring it out on a known quality rifle as soon as the weather breaks here. My thermometer on the porch reads 104 at 11;20am. axolotl |
