ACH transfer never happened, customer upset, I'm upset, Gpal has made a mockery of this system. Figured I would give them (1) attempt to show good faith, they screwed my customer and me. All you good dealers that warned me were right. Gpal only nailed-down their own coffin, no more second chances. Support gave a non-answer, just more stalling. Manny, Bob, Marcus.. please seperate AA from Gpal before any more harm is done. gary sansone

Sanso the best way to get the word out about your loss is to list it in the help section because that is where Manny and the others have been looking first from what has been said anyway--just a word from what I have heard --good luck getting your money

Ok, it has been months and they still havnt fixed the problem, there is no reason, with todays technology that the problem could no be fixed. frankly I am sure we are all getting tired of hearing about GPAL. Everyone knows that there is a  problem, if you still use them and get burned you dont have no one to blame but yourself. Ok, that may seem harsh to those getting burned, I do not mean any offense, I am on your side, but people, quit using them. I agree, we need a gun friendly payment transfer site. But obviously after several months, GPAL aint the ones. Why dont the Sellers, especially the High volume sellers, pay the monthly fee or what ever it is and get a credit card machine, and accept credit card, debit card or what ever. might be a lot less heartache and missery in the long run, and after you get rid of the GPAL fees, the cost will be less. Again, I am not trying to offend sellers who got burned, I sympathize with you, but at some point enough is enough.

July 16 money set to gpal, July 26 more money wired and guns shipped to customers - they paid and have their merchandise. Month later of constant communication - with no response.  Problems with no communications smells not right.  Support August 6 #778151  - NO RESPONSE, NO ANSWERING THE 800's they actually hang up on you after 10 minutes on hold... boy that gets the blood boiling and no response to email and NO MONEY... Auction Arms, you need to get up in Arms - you endorse them and all I see all over the internet is outraged customers.  You are the company you keep and you need to step up and they either clean up their act and make things right or they need to move out and put a credible provider in place!

outdoors the best way to be heard and possibly get resolution is to put your comments in the help forum with the complaint ticket number in the title line

Thread Title: "Gpal paid me !!" (Staff edit: posted by SANSO on 8-23 and removed by staff and reposted here to reduce clutter and confusion)

hey fellas- Gpal is answering the phone today and George at Gpal put me on a , 3-way call to my local bank. It appears the ACH transfer went through after 10 days, but I had closed the bank-link after 7 days. So confusing as this has been, now may be a good time to call Gpal because george appeared eager to fix the problem.

gary sansone 386-658-2719 if anybody wants to phone me I'ld be glad to do what I can
