No, GPalVP threatened legal action in a couple of his doofus tirades but I don't think they followed through with it - not even with brainaxe - and he was going to cop an insanity plea and beat it, anyway.

I don't know what can be done about this, but I sold my first weapon about a week ago, and got paid in Gpal.  I then transferred the money to my bank account.  It still has not been put in my bank account, and I did it on the 7th.  The response I got from Gpal was as follows:

Due to an issue with the way we transmit your funds and a problem with one of our partner banks, there is a delay in the receipt of funds due to a backlog of our current withdrawals. We apologize for the undue delay and want you to know that we are working 24/7 to get this backlog caught up with.

Overall, please remember that we are working for you and that normal functionality is just around the corner. We realize that many have waited a long time for their funds and that is nigh inexcusable but believe us when we say that we are right in the same boat with you all and are fighting to have your funds released to you as soon as possible. In the meantime, please note that all funds are present at FDIC insured banks, and that the GPal team is working with your banks to get you access to your funds asap, as well as providing upcoming alternative ways (eg Debit Cards) to access your money in real-time. I got this response on the 15th, still no money in my account and when I go to call them, I get put on hold then hung up on???  There is 437.00 worth of my money floating around who knows where out their somewhere.  I don't understand how Auction Arms could use this company if they are going to rip people off like this.  I sold my weapon because I needed the money, but now I can't even access my own money!  Any ideas folks?  Also noticed that the postings that they were saying they were working on this problem were back in the beginning of August!  And they still haven't resolved their problem?  HELLO!!
