The liberal three day return policy is what sets AA apart from the rest-i wouldn't want to be the courier who would deliver that message-Ye old adage"don't shoot the messenger/courier............."wouldn't come into play in this case!!!LOL |

As a buyer I wouldn't even consider returning an item unless it had been grossly misrepresented and I would begrudge paying the shipping for that. Just as with unfavorable feedback, a return should be justified and if it is, I truly think the seller should eat all of the costs. If the return is occasioned by buyer's remorse, then the onus should be on the buyer for any and all costs. Yeah, I know. A definition of "gross misrepresentation" doesn't exist and it's pretty subjective. And who is going to referee what constitutes "gross misrepresentation" vs. "buyer's remorse"? It seems to me that AA has a reasonable compromise in place already. Why mess with that? |

| (no avatar) | Bubba J, The seller isn't out anything except time on a return. All of the listing fees are credited once you leave the buyer a neutral. I've made a mistake here and there and I will absorb those fees so as not to leave a neutral and the buyer have to wear it. |

Sportsmanssupply - Thanks for your input. You have won the cigar!! I was simply curious as to how many and what type of answers that this question would receive. You have posted the one & only correct one. 5th has eluded to it but not clearly enough for someone to understand who may be a "newbie". Bubba J |

Old Rattler- Is it that you get wiser as you get older? Or do you just forget all the stupid stuff in due time?
