| (no avatar) | if you would READ instead of running your mouth, you would know he contacted the buyer and the BUYER SAID NO PROBLEM. if it wasn't a problem then, then why is it a problem later. everyone makes mistakes and are still are allowed to state their case. do you know how many people try to talk themselfs out of a speeding ticket? but here you are poking people with a stick. when you make a mistake i how you get both barrels( not literally AA bob) (no cats were harmed in the making of this statement) ater |

| (no avatar) | TO ALL CONCERNED
I thank everyone for their comments regarding this matter, the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. It is time to end the matter of my one negative regarding this transaction and move on to better things. It is the Seller's responsibility to ensure that they list, describe, and photograph the article that they have for auction in an honest mannar. If you (Seller) fail to provide the article as described, including a key for a gun lock, then you (seller) have not honestly transacted your business in a professional way.
Yes, I did offer a full refund and pay for the return shipping of the firearm. However, and as MLP stated, the customer did not get what they paid for. I did offer to pay for any aded expense for the removal of the lock. Again, this is a mute subject, for, it is after the fact.
No, I do not like the comments made by MLP and others, however, I respect the freedom that gives them the right to do so. As well, I at no time stated that "I have a buddy at AA", I stated that AA Mangement would be involved as to a resolution to the matter and I would abide by their decision, which I have done. Therefore, PLEASE, let US ALL drop this subject and go forward without the name calling and gnashing of teeth. Thanks Again |
