My dept. used 00 buck but I prefer high brass #2 for the first round and then 00 buck. The pistol grip I would use if I used one is sold by Shockwave Tech. The grip isn't straight under the gun.

I keep my Remington 870 with 21'' barrel that I cut from a 28'' and put Remington choke back in it with my choke tooling that I bought just so I could cut my Remington barrels down and rechoke them if I wanted. It has a extended mag. holds 9 2 3/4 with one in chamber and 8 3'' I got it half full mag. so don't ruin spring I like number 4 buck but I have double 0 handy.
