Neither Bush was conservative, they were always moderate liberals.  Never forget that George H. Bush called capitalism "Voodoo economics", and George W. Bush never fought hard enough to cut back on government spending, and backed up the wall street bailout.

This decision is another reason to vote for Romney, and hold his feet to the fire when he wins, to keep his promise to repeal Obama care.

This makes my head want to explode. I' m checking weather in New Zeland, maybe an option.

I have been sick all day about this. I wonder if the morrons that pushed to get Gov run health care ever thought it would turn into this new tax deal. Im sure they figured they would get something like what Canada has where the Gov would regulate the Drs and insurance companys and not a everybody has to buy insurance or be taxed heavily through the IRS. The Gov and the insuurance companys are the big winners here. I wonder if this also includes the Amish community because I am getting closer to being Amish than I am English. All I have to do is grow a beard and smell like horse crap and I probably already got one of them covered.

Republican Hutchison R-Texas went on the floor of the Senate and gave a blistering speach, she want's a new appeal of the Supreme Court ruling that Obama care is constitutional based on fairness. 

I am not a constitutional law expert, however I do not no one word in Federal consitution that mandates fairness, just as I am not a constitutional law expert, however, I do not no one single passage of the king James verson of the Bible that mentions fairness. 

The one provision of the law [if it holds up] I like is payout provision of health care that states Health care can not exceed 8% of ones income, that would give me a decrease in costs, the medicare plan D will not effect me because I do not carry plan D and I do not carry plan "B" but I guess this law will require me to carry Medicare plan "B"
