Zeke97, are you still having this issue? Check with the support desk if you are, they need to know about these kinds of problems directly so they can get a resolution for you or kick it up to a programmer.
When you call, knowing the Operating system you are on (and the version), browser you are using (and version) can prove helpful. |

It has popped up on me for several days now, 3 times today. At least I get an "X" to get rid of it, though. |

The X is faint, but there. And by clicking the X you have logged a kind of "vote" that the system records as a successful pop-up. It will now decide if you will get more pop-ups. You will. |

I don't see any pop-ups. What browser and what version of it are you guys using? Almost any browser has a pop-up suppression feature. Make sure yours is on. If it doesn't have one, update the browser. IE 8 is a bit squirrely with the new format but Chrome works perfectly. |

I have the same set-up that Ron has, XP Pro and IE8. I don't use Chrome for this site because I can't cut-and-paste with it. |

| (no avatar) | 5th I have finally understood what my Daddy meant when he`said" Do not tell everthing you know because, people might think you are a know it all" but I like you so I will tell you this, try the Html tool and see if you can copy and paste, it works for firefox where, I can not copy and paste in the regular posting box. |

I've said this many times before, but here it is again. It shouldn't matter what browser you are using , what version of IE you have, what kind of computer, what brand of mouse, what style keyboard you are using, what light is on in the room or what color your underwear (if any) you are wearing. It doesn't make a nickle's worth of difference on ANY other website, WHY should it make a difference here? My old computer with dial up from 16 years ago should be able to access the same exact website, although quite a bit slower, as the newest computer I'm using today. WHY don't these issues happen elsewhere? |
