Same here, have been attempting for 24 hours now. Rather disappointing that the issues are continuing to crop up. I would have thought that function would be bulletproof by now.

I just spoke with Marcus on the support helpline. They are working on it. We are able to list brand new auctions from scratch but if you want to hit the relist button you will spin your wheels. I'm posting to let you know you aren't alone and that AA Marcus is working to solve the problem.

Good day,

With all due respect Grant why are you the one coming on the forums to up date us on AA's problems and how there doing on them?   Please don't get me wrong I do appreciate you doing it ( we all know they are not doing a very good job at communicating) but with all the problems AA is having I think it's kind of a slap in the face to have a paying member keeping us in the know.

As long was we continue to coattail them and guide them to every problem the more relaxed there going to be about it, It is OBVIOUS the MEMBERS are the folks that are finding these problems, There is ZERO preventive measures being taken, They are laterally sitting back and collecting the money, Thats about it...  We the members are the ones policing the forums, Policing the auctions, giving the AA staff a heads up on technical problems, calling the LE when people don't deliver the guns, wading through all the bull $h)t advertisements, Blocking pop ups, teaching new members about how this site works, Keeping new members out of trouble, teaching new members how to bid, How to post pics, how to contact a seller/buyer, reminding them not to post personal info, forwarding them AA's phone numbers and contact info, ON and ON and ON,

It's BS people!!!!!!   YOUR PAYING them to do there job... every month, Every time you sell an item,  WAKE UP!!!!!!

I mean you gotta see the problem with this, Now they've got Grant giving us updates on THERE ISSUES!!  He's one of the best dang sellers here and HE'S GIVING US UPDATES!??!!?!?!

OMJ,

You have my utmost respect and there is truth in your statements.

In this instance I told AAMarcus and I had a later chat with AABob that I was going to post on the complaint forum that it was taken care of.

In the past AA members like Willie Ta and a host of others looked out for all of the interests of ALL AA stakeholders.

I'm a firm believer that in this case things were handled like the AA of old. AA member gives them a little nudge. AA Marcus gets the job done and then the complaining member says good job.

I'll take a repeat performance of this on the next complaint.

Respectfully,

Grant

Thanks for the reply Grant, I can see your side of things.

I just wish AA would get on point so I could start listing things here again, But there is no way I can do that with things being the way the are.

I guess I'll just keep squawking at them and doing my thing here on the forums for now, 'till I get the boot for speaking the truth like Tom did.
