Cheaper Than Dirt FreeAds users will enjoy a number of benefits from this new partnership.  More than 1.5 million individuals visited AuctionArms.com last year seeking to buy and sell firearms and firearm accessories.  Also, all new AuctionArms.com buyers and sellers are screened with sophisticated security to provide the safest marketplace possible.

As part of this transition, Cheaper Than Dirt will be closing it's FreeAds website. Effective May 6th Cheaper Than Dirt FreeAds will no longer accept any new auctions or classified listings. Effective June 1st, any remaining auctions and classified listings on the current Cheaper Than Dirt FreeAds website will be terminated as part of the transition to the new auction site at http://www.CheaperThanDirt.com/AuctionArms. 

This auction website is currently available for FreeAds users to register for an account. Placing bids on and purchasing items on Auction Arms is free. As part of the transition to the new joint Cheaper Than Dirt/Auction Arms auction site, all existing Cheaper Than Dirt FreeAds users who sign up for a new Auction Arms seller account will be credited $25 toward listing their items for sale. Selling items on Auction Arms requires only that a credit card be on file. If the item that you list sells, a percentage of the final value of the item will be charged. If you are unable to use a credit card, you can prepay your Auction Arms account by requesting an invoice, and then mailing a payment in.

Bidding on and purchasing items on AuctionArms.com is free. Selling items at AuctionArms.com requires only a nominal fee, should the item sell. As part of the transition to the new joint Cheaper Than Dirt/AuctionArms.com auction site, all existing Cheaper Than Dirt FreeAds users who sign up for an AuctionArms.com seller account will be credited $25 toward listing their items for sale. i tried to log into my cheaper than dirt free adds account earlier today and cannot get in...  tells me i have to sign up for account... but i already have an account... question???... what will happen to the personal account info (bank, credit card, personal addresses etc.) once they close the site down, i am sure i had to give that info when i signed up a while back.

Perhaps it would be easier if I just had the bank account information for the two of them and had my checks sent directly to the and thus avoid the heavy decision part of it all. But now with them joining forces it makes it even easier to handle.
