ODOTER- What do you mean? A separate Auction catagory for concealable handguns? Most handguns are concealable. How would you differentiate? |

| (no avatar) | The same way Secret Service agents guarding Presidents and bodyguards protecting diplomats hide mac 10's, Uzi"s, mp5's, and other sub guns. In good holsters under tailored suit jackets. bob |

As Dirty Harry it seems like Clint Eastwood didn't have much trouble producing that 8&3/8" S&W model 29 from under a suit jacket did he? |

What a great ad for Ruger to use for the new LCP! "Easily concealed. Just tuck it under a roll of fat!" Why, I could do CCW shirtless! |

| (no avatar) | brainaxe: If I try to do a search for a handgun that is "reasonably" concealable, there is no key word to type in. As a result, I have to look at darn near everything and sort it out. Without trying to submit a definite all inclusive definition of a concealed carry handgun, I think most of us can tell the difference. If someone still listed a few that were not, that wouldn't be a big deal. Bidders can look at them, make their own assessment and move on. As further assistance, the category could be broken down to subcategories just like some of the other items. As an example, when you open "Rifles", you get a choice of opening one of 6 subcategories. AA could sort the concealed carry handguns by semiautos, revolvers, barrel length, etc. My particular request is that the handgun be concealable without the use of a jacket or vest, but that may not be the same as everyone else. |

ODOTER-Good Point! I did not realize you meant "Search Category". I think the only way that could be accomplished is if Sellers list "concealable" as a separate feature of the gun; such as "Brand","Model","Caliber","Revolver","Pistol". Unless it is in the description supplied by the seller, I don't think it can be searched.--PS It is a shame Joe is always first to say something negative. Why does AA put up with his CONSTANT aggressive behavior? |

brainaxe - I think maybe Joe gets up on the wrong side of the bed every morning. Kind of reminds me of a Master Sergeant in the S-3 where I worked in Vietnam. He came in really grumpy one morning and I asked him if he had gotten up on the wrong side of the bed. His reply cracked me up - "Mike, I got up on the wrong side of the WORLD this morning!" |
