Thread Title: "Server outages"
AA-bob You may have noticed that we experienced some intermittent server outages/unavailability notices to users from yesterday morning (4-28) until 9 AM Pacific Time this morning (4-29).

Everything should be back up and running fine now.

The techs took the system down to fix the problem from about 11:30 PM Pacific Time last night until 9:00 AM this morning.

As a consequence, all auctions scheduled to end between 11:30 PM last night and 9:00 AM this morning were extended by 24 hours.

Because of the server problems, some end-of-auction winner announcements, customer questions and AuctionArms system generated invoices queued up and were delayed and not sent out during the outage. After the system was re-enabled all delayed/backed-up messages, invoices and announcements should now have all be sent out.

Please let me know if you are still experiencing any problem with any of AuctionArms Pages or Applications.

AA-bob Have notified the techs about both problems, obi1gr Specifically where are you when you get this error? I'm loading pictures to test auctions from everywhere I can think of on the site and not getting your error.

gov2mod I'm getting the same little box with asking for user name and password and this is after I'm already logged in and viewing my auction. It is not the normail Auction Arms login page and I refuse to fill it in. All I've done is to X out of it, it then takes you out of Auction Arms, and then I click on Auction Arms again and I'm back at Auction Arms already logged in. Something is amiss!

(no avatar) Same problem with Log-In request and when we put in our I.D. and password and you get a Not Authorized message. This happened to us yesterday Am for a while and then it cleared up and was OK until this afternoon. Really had to do business when we can't have access.............?
